I make a zabuza sword (Kubikiri Houcho) I need help!?

I hav seen many different ways around this sword. I chose The fiberglass resin path because it was the strongest and lightest. (Combination of both) Do you hav any different way I could the sword, the better / cheaper ? make I think of it 6ft long. Good size bathroom or size? Also, I need somewhere I can buy a zabuza cosplay outfit. I try to avoid my own; but all the ones I found on the Internet hav costed up to $ 170! I hav not spend so much money to (I'm 14). I need something in the price range of $ 80 or less. maybe $ 90, but not much more. THNX
