Haruhi or Yuffie Cosplay?

My niece is cosplaying some time further, next week. She has short, dark hair reaching the end of her neck and cups her face. She has her list (of about 100 decisions of the anime girls narrowed) to only two: Yuffie from Final Fantasy VII or Haruhi of Ouran. She wants all the advice, when it should be Yuffie Haruhi ir. Plus, there must be at cabinet-friendly. You will dig the costume of their everyday dress. ok. It should not cosplay Haruhi unless it is with the rest of the host club. Or had left her look. People and they probably will not be recognized. I think she was just wear casual clothes.
