Cosplay convention in Kentucky, please?

I am 14, I live in Morehead, KY, and for years I've wanted to cosplay convention as Yuffie Kisaragi (Final walk Fantasy VII Advent Children), or Haruhi Suzumiya (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu / Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya). I've saved some money and my birthday is On 20 April. Were it not coming up around Cincinnati, OH, and Louisville, at any time during the summer? Thanks:] I know ... Cherokee, British did well, I heard that I would make a great Yuffie ... with the exception of personality. But I have taken acting classes before and I've played a few times and made performances. Maybe I can deduct it. I think I can understand why you asked that though: P I think that Haruhi Suzumiya would ever be easy, but I will do my best give and go for Yuffie ^___^ err ... XD any tips?
