Worst Cosplay Outfits

Does anybody know the best way to get a good cosplay costume?
Yes, I know all the "real" cosplayer their own costumes, but I've tried, and well ... uh ... can only say my art skills are very low. So I want to buy a costume instead. I saw already a wealth of online shops, but most were either poor quality, or had no options. I live in Florida, there's no business like cosplay, I go can to where I live? Or does anybody know somebody who can make good cosplay outfits (preferably with examples of their work.) Or at least, an online store with good quality things and many different ways, especially when a Zelda costume. That's what I'm looking for most, I am of course open to a lot of other options.
