¿What anime / video-game / manga character I could cosplay?

I'm a 5 'to 5'1 "female, medium build (not thin, not fat, just normal), latino (that is somewhat tan skin) and my eyes are dark brown. My hair is almost shoulder length and nearly beats to my lips.
