What TRC episode / manga is this from?

If it from the manga, you could tell me what book or chapter, and if it from the anime what episode (s)? if i'ts just enter the fanart XD HELP I need a costume FIND IT! My girlfriend does not let me buy all the cosplay stuff from ebay - She is crazy about it for myself. I wonder how this will come out ....
She wore it in the anime episodes 27, 28, 29 - and it was one of these episodes probably 29 But I hope this helps anyway.
