Any simple easy to Anime Cosplay Costumes on a very tight budget to make w / very limited time?
I am a 18 yr old student and have not much time on my hands as I used to be. I have a 10-dollar budget, thanks to my tuition, but I own a couple of tank tops, capris and a hair straightener. I dark hair w / a light red color on it and do not think I could dye it again. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Links and / or pictures would be awesome too.
