Final Fantasy 8 fan!?

My brother and I are kumoricon next year and go as Bo and network solutions. I found a good costume for me, (Bo) and a Gunblade for him (Seifer) but i cannot find a soap cosplay outfit, or get an actual size squall Gunblade for us! If anyone knows a place or a site that can provide me with a Seifer costume, and a squall that ISN'T Gunblade 1 / 6 of the actual size, it would only saved my life.
