Who would look good as I Cosplay?

Do I want to start cosplaying. But I will not, as someone who I left behind look as if cosplay. I need help deciding which I think look good as with a body type similar to, and just generally how I look. People have offered to Seras and Haruhi Suzumiya Victoria from Hellsing ... Those were my favorites. I am sure that I would look like, I can not decide. But I wish that others offer, not just these two, but if the second two, then I'll consider more. I want someone who has the physical characteristics as me. I'm 5'4. Have 36E-cups. Have You little chubby legs. Do not be scarred. And really, I'd rather not wear a wig, you might buy if I had to deduct and with a cosplay. Maybe even dye my hair if I would be happy good in the long run not only as cosplay. Help?
