Do you think it would be hard to make this costume for cosplay?

In fact, I threw together a few things to make this costume for my friend, and it was pretty easy. For the top I bought a karate Cut the top and make red and white material for the small fan on the back. We used fabric glue (you can) buy at Walmart, so it remain. It has gone through the laundry and did not work. It sticks well. For the black cloth around his waist, I bought some beautiful black material at Walmart and It was relatively easy to fold and form "Sasuke's Rock". Are for an upcoming convention, we will try to bend hanger, so that it molds and keep improving once again. For his shoes, we went the easy way-Cut Off The Top of a pair of black socks, and then just wore black Old Navy flip-flops. We the same for the bracelets, we cut black socks. I have to save him a black pants from a thrift, which goes perfectly and looked like Sasuke pair. However, have we repeat the belt. Try, purple rope over the Internet. We tried to make our own, but it did not work. If your on a budget and you can not sew, you can definently make this costume, if you have no objection would certainly cheap! His costume looks so good. He had so many compliments!
