Repo! The Genetic Opera Shilo cosplay problem ...?

I'm in the middle of throwing together a Shilo cosplay outfit, but I can not find anything, that everything looks as her bracelet / Communicator. Does anybody know where I might find one?

From what I find on this site if you want to make the communicator itself, that you can use what they have here. It seems like they sell to the whole dress, or ... Ideas for what you can use and their respective website links. Lol, I do not think many people even know what REPO! is XD
