Where can I find a cosplay shop in Oklahoma or Arkansas?

My sister and I are both after the Izumicon in November. She's dressing as L and I will as Misa Amane from Death Note. I was told that is what I need to do to find a cosplay shop. Does anyone see where I have a cosplay shop in Arkansas and Oklahoma could?
