I want to be a serious Hinata from Naruto Cosplay, but I have to make the jacket. anyone ideas, in which To make the simple and not so expensive? =) Oh, and I have no idea what to do about these things patch to have shes on the jacket arms = (

Find A jacket, it looks kind of like a thrift store and just change it yourself. This is what I do for a large part of my cosplays
