Cosplayers as Temari from Naruto?

I want to cosplay Temari from Naruto: Shippuden and I need the costume to happen until September, I now begin to because I do plan on it. I want the costume to really beautiful. This is the first time I cosplayed and I want to look "professional":] My Question is, should I go further and buy blue contacts since Temari has blue eyes? My eyes are brown. Or is it okay that my eyes are brown? If everything else about my costume was very high quality and perfectly executed, it would be necessary to the blue contacts?
