Matt Cosplay Goggles

I'm going to cosplay as Matt from Death Note, and I need to get his striped black and white t-n find-shirt! Halp!?
Pleease! I need halp! I would like to find his jacket and goggles, but were they? I do not want to use on the Internet, unless it is cheap, beacaue I'm broke. In addition, the shirt must be too small, cuz ima girl so pleeeze halp me!
