i need a cosplay outfit that's easy to make or buy?

I will be a few drawbacks, I need a costume .. I'm 5'1 "brown hair shoulder. I dont mind getting a wig. I am a woman, but no matter cleans herself as a man ... I need to know only how 0.o. .. Finally, I'm 13 so please apropret Costumes! Thanks!
