London Expo Cosplay

Who should I cosplay as?
I'm going to London MCM Expo May, hopefully on both days. ^ __ ^ And I can not decide who cosplay as ... I currently even a Akatsuki jacket, although I can get any other costumes and wigs / temp. Hair dyes and so on. I am a teenager, female, with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. I'm interested in cosplaying as Sasuke, Hidan, Itachi, Kakashi, Naruto / ko, Tenten and Anko from Naruto or Lucy from Elfen Lied. Although I am very open to any ideas that others. So who you think I should be? Here is a picture of what I look like, if it helps. D: I know it probably not as the picture is not too big and I am well aware, I see no good in pictures.
