Where can I find a good cosplay?

Where can I get some decent cosplay for cheap? I do not go exactly to know about these things Anime convention, but I kind of wanted to be Rukia Kuchiki (did I spell that right?) from Bleach for Halloween. Or maybe Hinata from Naruto ... anyway where I can get a good cosplay for a good price?

Hello there. As someone who not only experienced in cosplay, but my cosplay costumes, as well as any "good" costume is not as "cheap". Do not expect you to pay less than $ 100. Rare made-to-order costumes are less. If you know how to use Ebay, I would check it first to. It is usually the "cheapest" available. Be sure to check a seller's rating before buying, though.
