japanese sweet lolita Stuff?

I am a bit scene atm, yes, I know, im a loser. my name says so. Anyway, I will try to my style go to a Japanese sweet lolita thing. But I want to present to all the great cosplay clothes, and so i just like the style. if you know what I mean. anyway, does anyone know any shops / websites / etc, where I can get that kind of stuff. in all about bows, pale colors, and sweet things knee socks.
