OK, I think that is Japanophile: Japanese not the one who is terrible obssessed with Japan and everything Japanese. He / she realtedd of sexual stimulation may even anything remotely to Japan or Japanese culture. Ok, I hear Japanese music, food and clothing are interested, would like cosplay and stuff.
