I help with a Jan Valentine cosplay?

Hello to all! I am an obsessive cosplayer (or crosplayer) and I will as Jan Valentine from Hellsing cosplay. I really suck to create, design, and I can not find his costume anywhere online! Has anyone else as he cosplayed? I really could use your help and Perhaps patter ideas for the track suit from him. Thanks:) Yeah, I've tried cosplaymagic. I actually buy from them a lot, but they have only seras, integration alucard and overpriced costumes: P
