Who should I cosplay?

My friends and I want an anime-con in a few months and I want to start on my cosplay. I really do not know who I was as good as I need your opinion. I have wavy black hair nearly sweped over my shoulders and long bangs (not in my face kind) on this page brown eyes, I'm short) (lol, and I'm a girl. I do not want to wear a wig / gel my hair with 20 bottles of gel / cut it really short and funny and nothing really poor / canvas. Pretty much i want the cosplay to be simple, but really cool (and visible!) Was also before I do, and you remain away from the crazy expensive cosplays online (my sewing skillz not the greatest, something just plz!) thanks ~ <3
