Well ... I do not think that one so fat ... at least not as much as you sound. When I saw your hair, I immediately thought that purple-headed girl from Negima!?; Nadoka was They, I think. I also thought of Hinata from Naruto. I think that people can be overweight than with any character, how they dress, its all a matter of self-confidence and self-esteem.
