Matt (Death Note) Cosplay Vest?

I plan on cosplaying as Matt from Death Note. The only problem is his vest. I cannot find it anywhere on the Internet or transactions, except for Cosplaymagic.com, which is the whole costume and I do not need anything. Has anyone a similar development for the production of my own? It's a long suede coat and vest, which has over the step and a short neck stands up for those who are not familiar with it.
