Where can I get a replica of the "Ryuk's Death Note" notebook in the UK?

Make one! That's what I did and it did not go so bad. It takes only a normal composition book and paint it black. Then, with a very tilted thin brush or even a white-out pen, write "Death Note". Simple. Then you print the rules and paste them on the inside cover. And there you go, your very own Death Note!
