Who should I cosplay as?

I'm not going to an anime con cosplay or anytime soon. But I would still like to know. Who should I cosplay as? - I'm a girl - My hair is very dark, almost black and brown, like maybe an inch longer than shoulder length - brown eyes - kinda pale, but I tan easily so If I have to be darker, not a problem lol. - Kinda shy on the page, but when I'm with friends I'm not so shy - younger than 13 - About 5 feet 2 inches and just because I'm a girl, you can say, a boy character. I would like a character with clothes when I went to the park in them, people would stare lol. I'm willing to cut my hair short or wearing a wig. I would like to be of some animes I watch Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, or some other cool animes like. Please tell me who I should cosplay as. You can also video cameras in the camp?
