Bleach Cosplay?

I'm looking for a Kuchiki Byakuya costume. I really do not mind the price, as long as they are not more than $ 120-ish. To .... I have black hair and REALLY pale skin and I'm pretty short. (15 years), since I'm 15 but I do not, a credit card or something, so Does anybody know where I Byakuya can get a costume? (I've been living in Toronto, so maybe somewhere in Chinatown ....?) I mean nothing against it either online, but I have no credit card. Maybe is a website that acceots transfers or checks? Any answers? Please and thank you ~
