Naruto Cosplay please help !!!!?

okay i want to dress up as temari some time (I do not know when) and I want a quality temari Fan and costume designer, but I find can not seem to find one. I too am just really into naruto and want things like Qualtiy acsessories and costumes, but It seems nobody has quality stuff, they only say it is. so please help! also I want the fan to be metal, such as in the series

First of all, remember that a heavy metal fan should get after a while, with, and generally a pain to stay up to date. Second, make sure that the convention proceed (if you intend to a con cosplay) has an allowance for policies in their weapons.
