Need help finding cosplay ideas!?

I really wanted to at the next convention, but I guess the thing is cosplay, I want characters, have covered most or all of the cosplay her face and her outfit was not disclosed in any way. In general, I prefer cosplaying guys but when I found a female character, the fit my needs and I wanted, I would not mind trying there. I'll Shino from Naruto Shippuden cosplay and I may cosplay kakuzu (also from Naruto). I just wanted to know if there are any other characters in it, not that I am aware that I could cosplay. Even if you know a good tailor, Cosplays specializes in the making (not too expensive) or perhaps a business, I could buy it, because I can not sew to save my life. And please tell not ebay.
