I need help with cosplay ideas?

I will be a con later this year and I absolutely do not know what to cosplay. I am not truly for the production of costumes, but I can usually figure come too close. I am a tall man with brown / black hair and a fairly muscular build. My friends say the kinda intimidating, but I can pull off the upset feeling lucky, too. I watch a lot or do not read much but I enjoy anime manga it when I have time. Regarding the preferences go, weapons, explosives and swords are nice. Maybe I can to find out a bow, but otherwise I need suggestions. Failed attempts: Edward Elric (too short, Blone), Bobobo (dont ask ...), Shikamaru (overused)
