Cosplay help! Where can I find a cheap Sakura from Street Fighters costume?

I know that I may have finally try to, it myself, but it would be easier for me with time and can not do anything if I only bought. I tried to search online for Cosplay sellers, but none has of Sakura! And was also ... the ones I've found on ebay way too much for my life at the College budget. -_-If you know any places in LA or even Long Beach, that I can help from this costume please! Or anything else related to buying / making cosplay costumes. Thank you!
