What kind of model do you recommend for a cosplay school uniform (sailor) outfit?
with mini-skirts ....
The pattern books to your local fabric store will be costumes that you can customize. Maybe a cheerleader's uniform with a sailor has a flap top. Or maybe you are lucky and find a tap dance pattern that the seaman's door.
