Where can I find cheap cosplay outfits?
I am looking for a business in Ohio (or close), that sells cosplay costumes. I would like not to buy online b / c the shipping is ridiculous, and I do not want to pay to 70.00 $ for freaking Shipping! I shall conclude an agreement with my Friend and need a good quality is not fake (search) costume. In the organization as Lulu, probably.
If price is an issue, you should learn how to sew. Then you can do the work themselves, because that is paid on everything you. Lulu is not difficult to make costume ..
