Anyone interested in the Tijuana / San Diego interested in anime?
Just wondering if anyon interested ewould ... There's gonna be an event in anime Tijuana, Mexico, Saturday 1 April from 12.00 clock until 9:00 pm in CECUT. It will be a cosplay competition and various other activities befote the cosplay competition as a Yogioh Tournament video game tournament (KOF 2002, Marvel Vs Capcom 2, Dance Dance Revolution), Workshop: "Como hacer un filme casero de calidad" (Spanish, sorry), Anime-presentation, among others. Rafadro y Mario Super 8 are gonna be there as guest DJ's there are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3 Places. There's gonna be Japanese food for sale and other fun things. I live in SD and am in anime, but I do not think I can do it there, in part, because I do not like Yugi-oh, partly because I find Japanese food being mazui (mazui = disgusting in Japanese. and believe me, I've had a lot) and partly cause the only reason why should I be about the limit for lax drinking laws, and partly because I do not have a car. thanks for the invite though it was very considerate of you. I sincerely wish I could be there only for the Marvel vs. Capcom Tournament to be done. You goin the Comic-Con?
