I need an easy cosplay to make a famous anime / video game character?

I need a simple cosplay of a famous anime make / Video game characters for an anime / video games convention to be held in my city. Ideas / suggestions? I would be grateful if you interpret omens also beat out tips on how to do it! n_n

Easiest I can handle oldschool think is the link from The Legend of Zelda.
