Can anyone me some guidance Cosplay?
I'm fairly new to anime conventions would, but I'm really into it. I see people in awsome cosplay and I want to join in on the fun, but I'm not sure about the fundamental cosplaying. For example, it's just cool, your own costume or make it's fine to buy a costume that has already taken place? I have no idea how to sew, the last time I tried to create something that i ran to the Glue and Velcro. It was pretty ugly.
I really want a part of the fun and dress like my favorite characters, I would not only make them wrong. I really want to cosplay, but above all, I want to cosplay, right! Any advice would be sweet! Dattebayo!
My advice to you is: research, research, Research. Check the details for your costume, such as weapons, shoes and clothing details. Or the situtional / occasional type of clothing such as Anbu Kakashi version. Oh yeah Try You have that much to get a costume that fits your body type. If you do not like to sew or do not yet know that it is better you have adjusted your clothing. When the tailor it can not. Enter a simplified version, and you sew on the detailing. Or ask a friend who's done cosplay, and you teach him to sew to help. Hair-wise get a friend who knows where it will help it cheap, you. If you do not, at the end ll get the expensive version, which only you can burn your pocket. If you only have a real beginner and do not know that someone from the cosplay community, Forum Go-Ing. Lj should have a certain municipalities who, in disguise. Ask for advice, and not with the people and things discouraged. ^ _ ^ If you do not allow the kind whose parents, cosplay, friends who think that cosplayer weird relax, get new friends at the con. ^ ^ As you noticed have a lot of cosplaying requires money, so it would be better if you saved something in contradiction you coz you want to buy some things, I guess you're from the States, I can Coz I have no links to you only for my country. ^ ^; Sorry ... Good luck and enjoy the con! ^ _ ^ Oh yes, developing a thick skin is good. Remember assume the role (eg smile) if you are in the public (food also important) and in costume. Or you will frighten the children and other people who think you're crazy.
