Cosplay Eyebrows

What would be a good sign for me anime cosplay?
I look forward more than 5 '5''. I have dirty blond hair (fading) blue-layered tips. I also have pony, past my eyebrows, they are usually blue, but above you see my dirty blonde hair. I'm pale, I have blue eyes (look sometimes gray or green-blue-ish in some lights ..). Please do not show much skin, I'm not so comfortable with .. I like to know the Ouran High School Host Club Anime whether the helps. Sorry if not! Thank you!
