How was I to L eyes?

I must have bags in my L cosplay and I need to know how to get it. I already have bags under the eyes, But they are not as ambiguos, and I amnt devote to much make-up. Any opinions would be apreciated

Place a smoky eye shadow then a little beloweyes then a brown dust of purple
