Special Effect / Colored Contacts! HELP PLEASE!?

I would like to get some RED contacts so that I can know (i cosplay, nerdy) for a certain character in September. So come get the special effect contacts, so you really know good things can and as clear as regular contacts? As the normal colors that the eye doctor gives you (green, blue, etc.) or they are just for show and do not improve out of sight? And when they come, so you can clearly see is through them, I would like to ask you to come with those for astigmatism? Help;]

my friend bought for his red sharingan contacts cosplay by Kakashi Hatake of naruto and it works fine i bought the red for my cosplay of kurogane of tsubasa chronicles and you can buy some for sight and astigmatism, but it may be 30 to 60 dollars more cost
