Can someone help me with my cosplay idea?
I wanted to cosplay Raiga but since he is not really a great main character there are no costumes for him made. I make no good to costumes, in fact I'm terrible. So someone will help me, like how to make a costume for him, I need Materials and patterns and such. Or maybe a place that makes custom cosplay costumes. If you could take some pictures of Raiga I get, so most of the costume to be correct.
