Cosplay ideas, really needed!?

Ok ... goes in to a anime convention in a few weeks, and I need really good cosplay ideas. I'm a girl tall and slim, my hair is long and golden brown and I have blue eyes. I really want a female character that my qualities as i dont want to find matches, spend a lot of money! Please help!
