I have an item that is shipped from China. How long will it take before I get it?

I ordered a custom made costume for my cosplay and I found out a few days before the one sent to me from China! I have a message that was my costume on 30 September delivered. I live in California. Furthermore, how long does it take to get my costume? I ordered it off the website says it takes less than one months for items to arrive.

I would say You must wait at least 3 weeks maybe get to it here, but it really depends on the costs and how it was sent.
