Everyone knows that an anime character with long blond hair, blue eyes and no fringe?
I go to an anime convention this summer and me and my friends go in cosplay. I do not want to wear a wig or hair dye or contacts, if I can avoid it, an anime character, looks like I would be very helpful. Any clues?
Ok, from the heavy Kaere awesome Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is the only thing I can remember at the moment everything you specified matches http://myanimelist.net/character.php?id=3768. Blondes are a little hard to get and most of them have an edge. At least blue eyes it is a little easier. I'll keep looking-down list and perhaps even some who later have a fringe anyways "Edit".
