Are there any anime stores in Perth?

I live in Perth in Australia ... I'm looking for manga cosplay ... and everything that goes with ... anime cosplay especially the ... And I Empire Toys ... Freaks and Geeks and the subway Toyko found ... But are there any other stores in Perth? If so ... where?

JB HI-Fi sells some anime EB sells some anime and manga. There is a convention in January that you can help with cosplay ... may be too long though.
