Materials for zero-mask from code geass?

K me and my friends have an epic idea that cross over into the game, but we r short 1 Ding, I need a cosplay mask of Zero from Code Geass. instead of trying to 1, is the hard to find, buy, I was asked if any1 has 1, is prepared to give me tips and advice in the materials needed to manufacture the mask.all answers are greatly appreciated.

Okay ... how good you are with paper mache? It is actually to do very simple, and cheap / free. I've made a lot of masks with this method, with all the details of the mark in movies, cartoons, found, etc. (my favorite is still my Guy Fawkes mask from V for Vendetta). It would be particularly suitable for zero-mask, given the form ... I will do it, now that you reminded me of it again! In any case: In Basically you get a whole series of newspaper to tear (not cut it) into long strips and soak them in a big bucket of paste and either 50/50 Water, or you can use the slightly better paper mache mix buy the instructions in any craft store. Both ways are good. Then you get a balloon and blow it to the size be the mask, and wrap around the wet strip, construction and design of the parts that you need to deal with more paper. Then, after drying, the balloon pop, then cut away much as you need to fit the mask over his head, and paint from photos, which you (hopefully) work. It sounds cheap, but it turns out, much better than one think of it! Make sure you get some and put glossy glaze on your paint though, or if it gets wet from being ruined.
