I want to be Phantomhive Ciel (girls clad outfit) for Halloween. I know it's soon to talk about to think, but oh well XD I've reviewed quite a few sites for cosplay, and almost burst into tears when I saw the price * cough cough * eBay * cough cough *, so if someone can give me an offer for a cheap costume girl Ciel Phantomhive link, that would be nice ^ ^
