Chii Cosplay Costumes

What should I cosplay as?
This year, I cosplayed as Lucky Star for my first cosplay, I'm there Chii, Freya from Chobits Yuzuki and next (Chii costume done) What should I do next? I held Vocaloid but I want something with a weapon not a Final Fantasy or Naruto. Always remember: I do not want more than $ 80 on a wig and arms alone spend (weapon, I'd like to make) and the costume more than $ 50 materials, I am short (about 156cm tall, yus I am not young, no, I'm 18 or something for God's sake, do not think I'm a) midjet I have dark brown hair and eyes I'm only about 40kg and thin.
