Where can I get a good quality Byakuya Kuchiki cosplay?

I wanted so REEEEALY Byakuya for the longest time, cosplay, but I have no idea where to buy! Cosplayfu.com but I have checked out the reviews on their service was terrible! I have also looked at cosplaymagic.com, but I do not want to over $ 100 go .... Does anyone know of a reliable and good quality of our site? A / N: Ideas on where to get a simple soul reaper uniform (in a good quality in $ 100) also works. I am ready to sew my own capitain jacket and a scarf if it means staying in my budget. ^ - ^
