Ametur cosplay ideas for me?

Hey im cosplaying for the first time = O I'd like Misa from Death Note but cannot do see a lot of pictures in full length, I can see clothes! (ep what she has to appear at first sight?) Any other ideas for a blonde (is black) teenagers, who lives in a small to do crappy city? im a lil broke ... =) Something simple .... thanx! Do you have any ideas? I love lolly and Gothic 3 =
