I want to cosplay as an empty ...? (Bleach Anime)?

I belive his second of the OVA ... maybe? I do not know, but it looked like something light, until I saw a picture. In any case, is there somewhere I can be a cosplay buy for these? How about an easy way to make one? I have the white sheet, the trim needs only in places, but I need help on details like the red mask and frills. I do not think it would be an empty suit in the shops. You have it on your own to make. Blank costumes are just the same. Good luck.
